Forbes magazine called Northern Cyprus as the best coastal real estate investment in 2021!

The Global Property Survey 2021 Live and Invest Overseas, an annual index that describes in details the value of property in the world’s best places to live or retire abroad, ranked Northern Cyprus at the top of the list.

Northern Cyprus is located in the Mediterranean Sea between Europe and Turkey, it is a safe, hospitable country with a developed touristic infrastructure, including clubs, casinos and luxury hotels, which are more affordable than their counterparts in other Mediterranean countries.
